Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using prn1.cc ("PRN1", "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. PRN1 reserves the right to modify these terms at any time; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

Description of Service

PRN1 is a browser-based tool that retrieves publicly accessible download links for online videos. It is provided free of charge for personal, non-commercial use. PRN1 does not host, store, or serve video files. It does not circumvent authentication, paywalls, or DRM. It only processes URLs to publicly reachable video pages.

Permitted Use

You may use PRN1 to:

• Download videos for personal, offline, non-commercial backup and viewing.
• Save data costs when rewatching the same content repeatedly.
• Archive freely available videos you have a lawful right to access.

Prohibited Use

You must not use PRN1 to:

• Download content in violation of copyright law or a platform's terms of service.
• Redistribute, re-upload, sell, or otherwise share downloaded video files with third parties.
• Automate requests in bulk, scrape the service, or use it in ways that overload our infrastructure.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, interfere with, or gain unauthorized access to PRN1's backend systems.
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose under applicable local, national, or international law.

Intellectual Property & Copyright

PRN1 is a technical utility. Responsibility for ensuring a download is lawful rests entirely with the user. Downloading a video does not transfer any intellectual property rights in that video. Copyright in the content remains with its respective owner.

Availability & Modifications

PRN1 is provided on an as-is, as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, compatibility with any specific video platform, or the continued availability of any particular feature. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without prior notice.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. PRN1 does not warrant that the service will be error-free, virus-free, or that any download link retrieved will be accurate, complete, or accessible.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PRN1 and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service, including but not limited to data loss, legal consequences arising from your downloading activity, or damage to your device.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which PRN1 operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
